Judge rules against Barbra Streisand: Lawsuit concerned photos of Malibu estate - Toronto Star

It speaks volumes about the duplicity of Babs that she pursued this suit in the first place. The site was about saving the California coastline. These were just two normal people with a cause. Not just any cause, mind you, but an environmental cause, which Streisand is usually holier-than-thou about.
