Enforcement problems?

iTunes and Pepsi have this promotion giving away songs. I just bought a Pepsi, and decided I would read some of the contest's fine print.

"If you Find a Code Under the Cap: Go to iTunes.com and...*** Must be 13 or older to win..."

How are they going to enforce that? Maybe they can enforce 13 or older to collect, but what about win? :-)
